Like a patient gardener, part of working on ourselves is like planting hope into darkness. There is little promise of anything but the dirt you see. All we can do is care for the soil, providing water, some light, and time to grow.

Rebecca Weller has worked for the past decade with individuals, couples, and families to understand patterns of thoughts and behaviors. She uses a systems approach as well as CBT to help her clients reclaim the narrative of their own lives. She creates a structured, safe, and supportive space for her clients to learn more about themselves and make true change.
